Green Goddess & Black Bean Toastadas

 Salad Base

  • 1 small head of Cabbage, diced
  • 3-4 Cucumbers, diced
  • ¼ cup Chives, diced
  • 1 bundle Green Onions, diced
  • 2  Avocados, diced
  • 1 jalpeno, diced

 Dressing Base

  • ¼ cup Avocado Oil
  • 2 tbsp Rice Vinegar
  • 2 tbsp Zubi’s Creama
  • Juice from 2 Lemons
  • 2 cloves of Garlic
  • 1 small Shallot
  • ¼ cup Zubi’s Agave & Jalpeno Candided Pecans
  • 1 cup fresh Basil, torn
  • 1 cup fresh Spinach
  • ⅓ cup Nutrional Yeast

  For Toastadas

  • Black Beans, mashed
  • Corn Toastadas


  1. Place all salad ingredients into a bowl, set aside.
  2. Add all liquid dressing ingredients into a blender, then add dry ingredients ontop of those. Blend until you get a smooth consistency.
  3. Pour dressing over salad mix and mixed until well incorporated. 
  4. Meanwhile, heat up black beans. Mash with potato masher.
  5. Spoon black bean mash onto toastada, then follow with the salad. Enjoy!
