Brown the ground turkey (or beef) in the pan with an 8oz jar of ZUBI’S salsa and drain.
Cut off the tops of the peppers. Remove the seeds and membranes of the bell peppers (save the tops and scraps). Cut a pumpkin face out of the orange peppers. Arrange peppers in a baking dish with the hollowed sides facing upward. (Slice the bottoms of the peppers if necessary so that they will stand upright and you can see the faces).
In a bowl, mix the browned turkey, cooked brown rice, 8 oz jar of ZUBI’S Salsa, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Spoon an equal amount of the mixture into each hollowed pepper. Mix the remaining ZUBI’S Salsa and Italian seasoning and pour over the stuffed peppers. Top them with ZUBI’S Queso
Bake for 45 minutes in the preheated oven until the peppers are tender.
