Spicy Crema Buffalo Meatballs

  • 1 pound ground buffalo {beef or turkey would work}
  • 2-3 Tbl. of Zubi's Crema de Jalapeno 
  • 2 Tbl. Plain yogurt of choice
  • ½ white onion chopped {or whatever onion you have will work}
  • 1 large egg yolk {discard the yolk}
  • 3 Tbl. Flour or breadcrumbs of choice
  • ½ jalapeño or Serrano pepper, chopped {if you like it extra spicy}
  • garlic powder, pink salt & pepper, to taste

  1. Combine all ingredients and roll into 1 inch balls.
  2. Place meatballs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, and bake on 400, 12-15 mins. DONE!
NOTE: Buffalo is super lean, so the cooking time will be shorter than regular beef.
