The Ultimate Zubi Tacos

TACO DEETS: 
Blender black beans { see below }
Turmeric + salsa jackfruit { also below}
Purple cabbage
Avocado
Corn Taco shells 
A drizzle of Queso de Jalapeno 

BLENDER BLACK BEANS: 
To a blender add:
1 can of rinsed and drained black beans
2 Tbl. of Crema de Jalapeño 
1/2 tsp. Garlic powder
Pink salt & pepper
Splash of water
Blend and THAT’S IT!
TURMERIC & SALSA JACKFRUIT
1. Rinse and drain a can of jackfruit and shred with your hands or fork.
2. Heat a non-stick skillet, spray with cooking oil and sauté the jackfruit for 5 minutes until heated through.
3. Add spices: about 1 tsp. ghee {or butter}, 1 tsp. Turmeric powder, lots of black pepper, 1/4 cup Zubi's Medium Salsa  { can add more salsa if it gets dry }
3. Combine until liquid is resolved. *NOTE: Total time is 10-12 minutes. You don’t want to overcook the jackfruit or it will get mushy.
