1/2 watermelon (cut into medium cubes)
1 cup dried cherries
2 tablespoons chopped mint
Flake sea salt
1/4 cup pistachios, roughly chopped
1. Place the watermelon cubes in a large bowl. Spoon crema mixture over the watermelon and gently toss together. Top with dried cherries, chopped mint, and pistachios.
