Zubi's Elote in a Cup

Ingredients:
Directions: 
  1. Once corn is fully cooked, cut off the kernels from the cob.
  2. In a bowl, combine lime juice, mayo, corn, paprika, garlic salt, Crema de Jalapeno, Treeline "cheese" and mix together. 
  3. Once mixed together, top with a sprinkle of paprika and chili powder. 
  4. Garnish with chopped cilantro and Queso de Jalapeno. 
  5. Enjoy!
