1 cup cherries, pitted and chopped
2 ears of corn, grilled or roasted (If canned, approximately 1 cup)
1 cup diced mangos
1 cup cilantro, chopped
1 tub of Zubi's Medium Salsa
Optional: 1 can of black beans, drained and rinsed
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix together. Serve over grilled fish, your favorite protein, or with chips. Enjoy!
