ZUBI'S Tahini Tuna Salad Stuffed Avocados

Ingredients
- 1 can sustainably sourced tuna in water
- 2 ripe avocados
- 1.5 tsp cumin
- 1.5 tsp brown mustard ( We recommend https://www.fbgfarms.com/collections/mustards-jalapenos/products/fredericksburg-hot-bavarian-mustard?variant=21801014493269 )
- 1 tbsp tahini w/ 1 tsp ZUBI’S Crema (or more if you like it SPICY)
- 1/4 cup diced red onion
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
- 1/4 cup diced celery
- 1 hard boiled egg, chopped
- juice from one lemon
- 1/4 cup raisins
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Half avocados and scoop out flesh, leaving about a 1/4 inch remaining in the shell.
- Add tuna and tahini mixture to a mixing bowl along with remaining ingredients. Mix to combine.
- Sprinkle avocado "bowls" with sea salt and fill with tuna salad
- Serve with a side of fruit
