Crema Elote Dip
-4 Ears of Corn
-1 Cup ZUBI'S Crema
-¼ Cup Chopped Cilantro
-1/2 Cup Cotija Cheese (optional)
-1 lime juiced
-1 T of your favorite Taco Seasoning or Mexican Spice Blend
1. Grill, roast or boil corn (we like grilled!)
2. Combine all ingredients and stir.
3. Chill in fridge for 30 min.
3. Enjoy with your favorite chips or as a topping!
