How to Deal When You Just Can’t
The Power of Positive Thinking

Love yourself for who you are. It is easy to say that but who loves being overweight??!? I think as I grow as a person I have come to the realization that this phrase definitely has its parallels. The things we may be unhappy within our lives are more often than not out of our control-whether it is a big nose, how much you sweat, your dimples, breasts that are so large they give you back problems (that’s me), curly hair or even a long middle toe- something you just are not too happy with right? Love yourself for who you are. But what do you do when the things you are unhappy about in your life are completely in your control?- like being overweight. Granted I may have to work harder than others to lose weight because of genetic factors and a myriad of health issues but losing weight and being healthy are things that I am completely capable and in charge of. So how do I love myself for who I am when I have the ability to change the things I am unhappy with but make the decision not to? I will tell you. First, I drink ZUBI’S products for every meal. Second, I….am just kidding!!! Although that is not a bad idea if I do say so myself.
Let's be serious now. Take a second to be with your own thoughts and take a deep breath. Now think about every compliment, every positive attribute you possess, every achievement- no matter how big or small- and understand that those things would not be if you weren’t WHO YOU ARE- if you didn’t love yourself for who you are.
BOOOOOM!! Mind blown? No? Well, it works for me.
At the end of the day do I love being overweight? No. Do I love myself right now? Hell Yes I do! To me, the lifestyle sacrifices I make right now to dedicate the majority of my time to this kick-ass company is the biggest achievement of all and I will tell you why. If ZUBI’S can help my family, friends and all of you out there enjoy eating healthy or enjoy foods that you may not have otherwise been able to because of food sensitivities that are OUT OF YOUR CONTROL- then to me it is worth it. You deserve it. We all do. Let’s all be happy together and love ourselves for who we are.
