ZUBI’S Authentic Tacos



1.5 lbs lean beef or plant based substitute

2- 8 oz jars ZUBI’S Salsa

2 T red wine

Garlic Salt to taste 

2-8 oz of ZUBI’S Plant based Queso (one jar for cooking potatoes) 

1-8 oz of ZUBI’S Plant based Crema de Jalapeño

2 medium sized potatoes, diced 

8 Corn Taco Shells

Optional: add avocado, sliced radish, cilantro, as extra toppings


  1. Cook your beef and 16 oz of ZUBI’S red salsa in a pan until the beef is thoroughly cooked. Add the splash of wine while it’s cooking. 
  2. Simultaneously cook your 2 diced potatoes to completion in ZUBI’S Queso and add them into the meat once everything is thoroughly cooked.
  3. Allow everything to simmer on low for about 3 minutes. Add garlic salt to taste. 
  4. Place the cooked beef & potatoes in taco shells and top with ZUBI’S Queso, Salsa, Crema and any additional toppings your heart desires! Enjoy!
