Zubi's Crema Elote Dip

 So good, you won't even need the chips. Just grab a spoon! 🥄⁠

INGREDIENTS:

🌶️ 4 tablespoons Zubi's Crema⁠
🌶️ 3.5 cups whole-kernel corn ⁠
🌶️ 1/4 cup red onion⁠
🌶️ 3 tablespoons fresh cilantro⁠
🌶️ 1 lime ⁠juiced 
🌶️  2 cloves garlic, minced
🌶️ 1/2 teaspoon chili powder⁠
🌶️ Cojita (optional)⁠ 
Directions:
  1. Pan-roast your corn with olive oil.  
  2. Chop your garlic, cilantro, red onion. 
  3. Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl, and stir until combined.
  4. Taste and adjust seasonings. Add salt & pepper, or more Crema for heat. 
  5. Eat up! Enjoy with chips or on tacos, burrito bowls, or salads.
