🌶️ 2 Tablespoons Zubi's Crema
🌶️ Tablespoons ZUBI’S Queso
🌶️ 3.5 cups cooked whole-kernel corn
🌶️ 1/4 cup red onion
🌶️ 3 tablespoons fresh cilantro
🌶️ 1 lime juiced
🌶️ 2 cloves garlic, minced
🌶️ 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
🌶️ Cotija or Vegan Parmesan Cheese Alternative
- Pan-roast your corn with olive oil.
- Chop your garlic, cilantro, red onion.
- Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl, and stir until combined.
- Taste and adjust seasonings. Add salt & pepper, or more Crema for heat.
- Sprinkle your Cotija or Vegan Parm over your serving for an enhanced cheesy flavor
- Eat up! Enjoy with chips or on tacos, burrito bowls, or salads.
