Currently, ZUBI's only ships within the United States. 

 

Shipment processing time: 

Orders are typically processed within 48 hours.

Orders received after 1pm CST will be processed the following business day.

Orders received after 12pm CST on Thursdays will be shipped the following week.


Shipping rates & delivery estimates: 

Free Shipping sitewide. 

Orders to arrive within 5-7 business days.

Tracking is available through USPS or UPS.


Shipment confirmation & Order tracking:

You will receive an email confirmation once you place your order.

You will receive an email confirmation once your order has shipped with tracking info.


Damages:

If your order is damaged, please contact help@zubiatefoods.com and we will replace your order as soon as possible. If your order is incorrect or has any issues, please contact help@zubiatefoods.com and we will resolve the problem as soon as possible.
