Southwest Salsa with Zubiate’s Guajillo Creamy Dressing

 

Ingredients


  • 6 guajillo chili pods (seeded & stemmed)
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1/2 small white onion
  • 1 stalk celery
  • 1/4 C Zubiate's medium red salsa
  • 1/2 Tbl salt
  • Juice of 2 limes
  • 1/4 C olive oil

Directions


Place the chilis, garlic, onion, celery in small pot and cover with water. Slowly boil until chilis are soft. Drain off water and put into blender. Blend at medium-high speed and add salsa and oil. Finish with fresh lime juice and olive oil for creamy and healthy finish.
