Buffalo Chicken Lettuce wrap topped with ZUBI’S Queso

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Franks red hot sauce mixed with 1/4 c ZUBI’S crema
- 3 cups Rotisserie chicken
- 1 Avocado
- 1 cup Cherry tomatoes
- 1/4 cup Red onion
- 10 Romaine, leaves
- Drizzle Zubi’s Plant based Queso on top
Directions:
- To a small bowl add chicken, franks red hot, and ZUBI’S Crema. Using a fork stir to combine everything.
- To each romaine leaf add: buffalo chicken mixture, cherry tomatoes, sliced red onion and 2 slices of avocado.
- Optional: drizzle with ZUBI’S Queso
